Quality management system and technological innovation according to Industry 4.0 principles

The precision machine shop is equipped with CNC and traditional machine tools that can carry out workings as turning, milling, slotting, drilling and threading of workpieces; all measuring tools and the equipment used guarantee high quality and precision standards.

As Industry 4.0 principles have been applied from October 2018, our production lines are continually improving in flexible productivity, automation and technology innovation with the highest quality standard.

With the entry into the company of the third generation, Luca and Cristian Gibogini,  the evolution to the human-machine interface software is a natural and obligatory goal.

The treated materials are: iron, steel, stainless steel (stainless 304 and stainless 316), aluminium, bronze, cast iron, titanium, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylic (PE).

The quality of the management system is guaranteed by the use of the principles of ISO 9001, although in 2019 the Management did not consider it appropriate to proceed with the renewal of the Certificate.

The system used guarantees complete traceability of what is moved, from the entry of the material in purchase or in account work to the fulfillment of the order.

Since 2007, IVECO DAILY lorry is available to take unrefined materials and to deliver finished products.

The experience reached in the mechanical sector allowed OMG to start in 1984 the production and the marketing of OMG FILTER PUMPS, which are used in the filtering processes in galvanic and chemical sectors.
